Keivonna Dover

Keivonna Dover, MBA, serves as the Director of HR Technology at Organon since March 2021, responsible for overseeing the strategy and operations of various HR-related systems and technologies. Additionally, Keivonna is the Founder and Executive Director of Coco Moms and has previously contributed to the International Association for Human Resource Information Management as a Course Instructor. Keivonna’s experience includes roles at HireVue as Principal Integrations Consultant and Integrations Consultant, where expertise in recruitment technology was developed. Previous positions also include Sr. HRIS Analyst at The Trade Desk, Inc., HRIS Manager at francesca’s®, and Workforce Intelligence Analyst at McKesson, among others. Keivonna holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, a Human Resources Certificate from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
