Kristen Geany

Kristen Geany is an accomplished director and human resources consultant with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management Business Partner for Teva Global Operations, Kristen also operates Geany Consulting, specializing in various HR practices including strategy development and change management. Prior roles at Business Talent Group involved leading global talent strategies and project management for major pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Kristen has held significant positions at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Roche, where responsibilities included enterprise-wide talent development and the establishment of diversity initiatives. Kristen holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
