Lauren Conway is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and corporate communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead of the Internal Communications Center of Excellence and Associate Director of Internal Communications at Organon, Lauren advises top executives and oversees the editorial strategy for internal content. Prior roles include Associate Director of Product Communications during a critical product launch at Merck and Associate Director of HR Communications, focusing on employee engagement for a diverse global workforce at Merck. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Lincoln Financial Group, Huntsworth Health, and other organizations, where Lauren demonstrated expertise in strategic communication, employee engagement, and change management.
