Maarten van Kempen

Maarten van Kempen is currently an Associate Procurement Specialist/Contractor at Organon since December 2022, managing the procurement process and maintaining supplier databases. Prior to this role, Maarten explored the world on a bicycle for eight months while completing a graduation assignment, which sparked a passion for bicycle travel. As an Operational Buyer at Wienerberger Nederland from September 2021 to May 2022, Maarten handled procurement tasks and conducted market research. A graduate intern in Circular Procurement at Kragten from February 2021 to August 2021, Maarten focused on developing recommendations for a fully circular purchasing process. Maarten's career began with an internship in Process Optimization at Rijkswaterstaat from September 2020 to February 2021, where process improvement reports were created for the Roads & Geotechnical Support Center. Maarten holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2021.
