Mark Estes

Mark Estes is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional currently serving as Director of External Manufacturing for the US and EMEA at Organon since January 2021. Prior roles include Regional Lead for External Manufacturing at Merck, and Principal Owner of Estes-Stinson Management Solutions, where expertise in manufacturing management, process improvement, and training was developed. Other notable positions include Plant Manager at KIRCHHOFF Van-Rob and Stant USA Corporation, as well as significant roles at Ford Motor Company and Vestas Control Systems A/S. Mark holds a degree in Human Ecology, specializing in Industrial Training and Supervision from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Nashville State Technical Institute.
