Matt Golden

Matt Golden is an experienced leader in total rewards and executive compensation, currently serving as Director of Compensation at Organon since September 2024. Prior roles include significant positions at GlobalFoundries, where Golden played a key role in preparing the company for its IPO; The Nature's Bounty Co., overseeing various compensation processes and filings; and Ascena Retail Group, where Golden designed and managed comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Previous experience also includes leading executive compensation at Conduent, driving integration for acquisitions at Coty and TIAA, and managing compensation at The New York Times and Arrow Electronics. Golden holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Cornell University.
