Prior experience includes a role as Director of Global Medical Content & Training at Merck, where Michelle was instrumental in transitioning medical affairs during Organon's spin-off. With a strong foundation in medical communication and training, positions at Merz Pharmaceuticals and BioForm Medical involved building and overseeing medical information services and clinical training teams, showcasing expertise in aesthetics and therapeutic domains. Earlier career roles also include significant contributions as a board-certified physician assistant and Director of Nursing, complemented by educational qualifications in Physician Assistant studies and Nursing, alongside a dual degree in Business Administration & Marketing.
