Monica Monica is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international policy and government affairs. As the Head of International Policy and Government Affairs at Organon, Monica leads strategic initiatives. Previously, in the role of Director of International Government Affairs & Trade Policy at Amgen, Monica focused on enhancing trade relationships. As Senior Director for International Affairs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, Monica advanced global biotechnology initiatives. Further experience includes serving as Director for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan Affairs at the US Trade Representative, and as an International Economist with the Foreign Agricultural Service, where Monica contributed to international economic policy development.
