Prior to this, they worked at GSK, where they held multiple roles including Senior Global Marketing Director, HIV Prevention (PrEP) at ViiV Healthcare and Head of US Oncology Digital Marketing & Customer Experience. Ryan also had significant experience at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Merck, and other companies, where they played various roles in digital engagement, social strategy, and marketing. Ryan Billings, MS, MBA, has a strong educational background in various fields. Ryan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising, and a minor in Studio Art from Messiah University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.

Ryan further expanded their knowledge by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Publication Management from Drexel University, attending from 2008 to 2010.

Seeking to enhance their business acumen, Ryan attended Northeastern University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Management and Marketing.

To further supplement their expertise, they pursued an Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, completing the program in 2019.
