Sharad Gupta

Sharad Gupta is a seasoned professional in regulatory and packaging strategies, currently serving as the Director of CMC Regulatory New Products at Organon. Prior to this role, Sharad held the position of Associate Director for Regulatory CMC in Medical Devices and Combination Products, as well as Associate Director of Device and Packaging Strategy in Global Marketing at Merck. Earlier in the career, Sharad worked as a Manager in Package Development at Roche. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Rutgers University, along with studies at Seton Hall University.
