Steven Cohen

Steven Cohen serves as the Director of Market Access (Patient Access Lead) at Organon since April 2021, focusing on financial modeling, negotiations, and contracting with key National Payer Segment customers. Previously, Steven held the position of Associate Director, Market Access Payer Contracting, and played a pivotal role at RxCrossroads Specialty Solutions as Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement, leading a team to enhance patient access to therapies. Prior experience includes managing strategic accounts at McKesson, advisory work on ERP implementations at PwC, and clinical operations analysis at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Steven began his career as a Physician Assistant and Translator at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health, and Society, Corporate Strategy, and Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University, complemented by a study abroad semester at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
