Vittorio Nisita

Vittorio (Vic) Nisita is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global business services, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Business Services at Organon since June 2021. Prior to this role, Nisita held various leadership positions at Merck from April 2004 to June 2021, including Head of Global Business Services for Organon & Co. and Vice President of Marketing Operations. Earlier career experiences include management consulting at McKinsey & Company and operational roles at Georgia Pacific Co., Kimberly Clark Corporation, and Scott Paper. Nisita holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
