Haylee Aidnik, HTL (ASCP) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Student Lead at UCSD HDH Plaza Cafe, where they managed student employees, assigned tasks, and ensured compliance with safety standards. From 2013 to 2015, they also worked as a barista and Student Manager at UCSD Bookstore, where they handled student staff administration, developed marketing strategies, and provided customer service.
In 2015, Haylee joined Organovo as a Lab Assistant, before transitioning to the role of Research Associate II - Histology in 2016. At Organovo, they were part of a dynamic histology team, responsible for microtomy, cryosectioning, staining, troubleshooting, microscopy, and data analysis. Haylee also played a role in lab maintenance and presented data.
In 2019, they joined Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. as a Senior Research Associate and Lead Histologist, where they continued to contribute their expertise in histology. In 2020, they moved to Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior Research Associate for a brief period before joining Viscient Bio Inc and Organovo Holdings, Inc. in 2021 as a Scientist I in Histology.
Throughout their work experience, Haylee has demonstrated their skills in histological analysis, lab techniques, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Haylee'scontributions have supported R&D and commercial product development.
Haylee Aidnik, HTL (ASCP) completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Physiology and Neuroscience at UC San Diego from 2011 to 2015.
