Bala Manian is the current Director at Orgenesis. Prior to this, they were the Director at Biocon from January 2003 to December 2012. Bala has also founded Molecular Dynamics and served as the Chief Indian at Lumisys.
Bala Manian received a Ph. D. in Engineering Optics and Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Bala also received a Master's degree in Optics/Optical Sciences from the University of Rochester.
