Ryan Bilalis

Ryan Bilalis is an accomplished professional with a robust background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Process Development & Pathfinding at SCHOTT MINIFAB since January 2015, Ryan has also held roles as New Product Introduction Team Lead, Senior NPI Engineer, and Project/Manufacturing Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes leadership positions within Team Swinburne Formula SAE, overseeing a diverse team of over 50 students, and serving as a Model Engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Monash University, and ongoing studies for an MBA at Melbourne Business School.
