Gilad Beck has extensive work experience in the field of cell and gene therapy, with a focus on process development and manufacturing. Gilad currently serves as the Site Head and Operations and Manufacturing Director for Cell and Gene Therapy POCare at Orgenesis Inc. Since joining Orgenesis Biotech Israel Ltd in 2018, Gilad has held multiple roles, including Process Development Team Lead and Process Development Engineer. In these positions, they played a key role in transitioning immunotherapy processes from R&D to production and was responsible for evaluating and integrating cell processing technologies. Prior to joining Orgenesis, Gilad worked as a Production Engineer at Pluristem Therapeutics, where they quickly became qualified for the entire manufacturing process line for MSCs and took on leadership responsibilities. Gilad started their career at Biological Industries as a Production Worker in media formulations and cell culture, and also worked as a Validation Technician at Evogene. Throughout their career, Gilad has demonstrated strong leadership skills, guiding and coaching colleagues to develop their careers and life skills.

Gilad Beck earned a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Ruppin Academic Center, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications related to business development, project management, and agile methodologies from LinkedIn during November and December 2022.
