Kenric Duncan

Kenric Duncan, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Project Management and Human Resources Project Manager at Orgill since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading human resource projects, analyzing HR processes, and supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer on various initiatives. Previously, Kenric held roles at LifeLinc Anesthesia from September 2014 to March 2022, including Employee Relations Manager, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, and Healthcare Recruiter, focusing on recruiting and orienting new hires. Early experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant, Event Coordinator at HAVE A STANDARD FOUNDATION, and Office Assistant at Delta Gastroenterology. Kenric obtained a Master of Health Administration from the University of Memphis and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
