Robert Hughes

Robert Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change and client relations. Currently serving on the Executive Council of Overland Resource Group since November 1996, Robert provides strategic advice on market presence, sales strategies, and client projects, facilitating collaboration and engagement across organizations. As President and Founder of the same firm, Robert established strategic alliances and developed innovative training and compensation tools for notable clients including Boeing and American Airlines. Prior to this, Robert held various roles at W.P. Dolan & Associates and contributed to the launch of Hallmark Cards' distribution center, showcasing a strong foundation in optimizing performance through employee engagement. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Wichita State University.
