Mitch Garber C.m.

Mitch Garber C.M. serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Council at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since February 2024. Garber is a board member and part of the ownership group for the Seattle Kraken since December 2018 and holds investment and board member positions with Rackspace Technology, Lanvin Group, and Shutterfly, Inc. Garber is also the investor and chairman of Aiola and an advisor for Xposure Music. Previously, Garber was a compliance and regulatory committee member at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and a board member at Finnovate Acquisition. As the inaugural chairman of Invest in Canada, Garber played a key role in attracting foreign investments to Canada. Garber holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from McGill University, among other educational credentials, including an honorary Doctorat Juris Causa from Université de Montréal.
