The team's East Coast Practice Leader and Principal, who holds a degree in psychology from Binghamton University, has worked with a number of companies, including Kenexa and Sirota Survey Intelligence, to help them improve their organizational health. The team's CEO, who has a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, has spent his career working with companies like The Timken Company to improve their productivity and efficiency.
