Phil Dickson

Phil Dickson has a strong background in engineering and software development. Phil currently works at Orgvue as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Engineering Manager at Orgvue from 2020 to 2023. Before joining Orgvue, Phil worked at Direct Ferries as a Software Team Lead from 2019 to 2020. Phil also has experience at Staffcare, where they held various roles such as Development Team Manager, Senior Developer, Development Lead, Special Projects Lead, Product Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineer from 2010 to 2019. Phil's earlier experience includes working as a Developer at Just Retirement from 2014 to 2017 and as a Product Engineer at Staffcare from 2008 to 2009. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on developing innovative solutions.

From 2006 to 2010, Phil Dickson attended Kingston University where they obtained a BSc degree in Software Engineering.
