Cheryl Snyder

Cheryl Snyder has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Cheryl began their career at NCR Corporation in 1980, where they held various positions and ultimately became Manager of Human Resources for a computer design and manufacturing facility. In 1995, they joined Bausch & Lomb as Manager of Human Resources for a regulated manufacturing plant and distribution center. Cheryl was responsible for all generalist HR duties, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance. In 2009, Cheryl started their own HR consulting firm, Kaleidoscope, where they served as Managing Principal until 2012. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Orian Rugs, a position they have held since 2011.

Cheryl Snyder graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Industrial and Labor Relations from Wheeling University. Additional information about the start and end years of their education is not available.
