Janet Blair

Janet Blair is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Lead - Talent & Sourcing for North America at Orica since November 2016, Janet oversees a team of up to 10 specialists focused on sourcing top talent for the mining and infrastructure sectors. Prior to this, Janet held significant roles at MasTec Advanced Technologies and Transwest, where expertise in recruiting for various corporate and field positions was demonstrated. Janet began a career in recruitment at High High Employment, contributing to the organization and management of client and recruiter information. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the College of the Ozarks.
