Javiera Guarda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Currently serving as Performance and Rewards Manager at Orica since August 2015, Javiera leads HR operations and oversees compensation, rewards, talent mobility, and recruitment strategies.
