Saurabh Mishra

Saurabh Mishra is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Plant HR Head at Orient Bell since September 2020, Saurabh previously held the same position at Kohler India, overseeing HR functions for the India faucet plant in Jhagadia, Gujarat. Notable experience includes a role as Deputy General Manager at Varun Beverages Limited, where Saurabh led a large workforce and managed recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and welfare initiatives. Earlier roles include managerial positions at Viraj Profiles Ltd., Reliance Cement Company Pvt. Ltd., Crompton Greaves, and Hindustan Construction Company, encompassing responsibilities from manpower planning to statutory compliance.
