Aditya Kohli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Aditya is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Orient Electric since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief HR Officer at Clix Capital from December 2018 to February 2022, where they played a key role in building the culture and human capital of a fast-growing fin-tech startup. Aditya also worked at Bharti Airtel from 2014 to 2018, starting as the Global Head of Total Rewards, HR Systems & Analytics and later becoming the Head of Human Resources for Core Functions. Aditya has also held various leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Product Delivery, Performance, Rewards and Benefits, Group Head of Strategic HR Initiatives and Change Management, and Head of HR Service Delivery. Aditya began their career at Hewitt Associates in 1999 and has had significant experience in HR analytics, change management, merger integration, rewards strategy, design, and benchmarking. Aditya has also worked as an Industry Leader at Hewitt Associate and as a Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates.

Aditya Kohli has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1993, they attended Delhi University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry. After completing their undergraduate studies, Aditya Kohli pursued further education in business management and human resources. From 1996 to 1998, they studied at Symbiosis and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Business Management and HR. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Personnel Management & Human Resources. Aditya Kohli's educational journey continued in 2009 when they attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Aditya participated in the Leadership Across Boundaries program, which focused on leadership development.
