Brijnesh Pal

Brijnesh Pal has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Brijnesh is currently the Head of Business Quality at Orient Electric, where they oversee product and supplier quality management. Prior to that, they worked at Havells India Limited as the DGM of QA & Corporate Supplier Development, where they effectively handled supplier development and quality management. Brijnesh also has experience at IKEA, where they worked in different roles, including Production Capacity Developer - Lighting. Brijnesh has a proven track record of implementing low-cost automation and alternative solutions for quality and cost-effective product offerings. Brijnesh has also worked at G.S. Lighting Private Limited, Maharaja Appliances Limited, Evershine Engineering Works, and Ambitious Pens Private Limited, where they held various positions and contributed to planning, production execution, and engineering projects.

Brijnesh Pal attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2015 to 2016, where they completed an Advanced Program in Strategic Management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) through distance education from Sikkim Manipal University. Brijnesh Pal's earliest educational experience was from 1989 to 1992 at BTE, Delhi, where they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
