Nainsee Garg

Nainsee Garg has extensive experience in talent acquisition and consulting roles. Nainsee is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Orient Electric since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Talent Advisor- APAC at Philips from June 2022 to December 2022. Nainsee also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Health Systems Business, India Subcontinent at Philips India Ltd from April 2018 to June 2022. Nainsee has also worked as an Associate at Kornferry International from April 2015 to April 2018 and as a Managing Consultant at Gi Group from September 2013 to March 2015. Nainsee began their career as a Consultant at Futurestep India, A Korn/Ferry Company in July 2007, where they worked till September 2013.

Nainsee Garg completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Hindu College, Delhi University from 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Marketing from Amity University from 2004 to 2006.
