Dinara Khabibulina has a range of work experience in the HR and procurement fields. Dinara started their career in 2017 as an Office Manager at ERIELL Group, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined OOO Jizzakh Petroleum (DP Eriell Group) as a Specialist of procurement business processes automation. Dinara then progressed to become a Senior Specialist in the same field. In 2021, Dinara joined Orient Group, initially working as a Junior Recruitment Specialist before moving up to the role of Recruitment Specialist and then HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruitment.
Dinara Khabibulina completed their Bachelor's degree in Social and Labor Relations Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics between 2013 and 2017. Dinara then pursued their Master's degree in Economic Consulting, specializing in the field of study, at the same university from 2020 to 2022.
