Normatova (Tashkent) has a strong background in legal roles, with experience ranging from 2006 to the present. Normatova began their career as a Legal Specialist at UNDP, where they worked from September 2006 to October 2009. Normatova then moved on to TeliaSonera, where they served as the Head of International Relations and Contracts Unit from October 2010 to December 2012. Normatova then joined WorleyParsons as a Senior Legal Counsel from December 2012 to April 2014. Currently, they hold positions at Orient - Group of Companies as both the Head of Legal Department and Chief Legal Counsel, starting from August 2014.
Normatova (Tashkent) attended the University of World Economy and Diplomacy from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Jurisprudence degree with a specialization in International Law.
