Rajan Tyagi

Rajan Tyagi is an Advocate practicing in the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various other courts and tribunals in New Delhi since September 2006, with a focus on Civil and Criminal Appellate matters, particularly in Land Revenue, Property, Rent, Banking, and Arbitration. In addition, Rajan serves as Standing Counsel for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation and Additional Standing Counsel for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation and East Delhi Municipal Corporation. Rajan has also been a Trained Mediator at the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre since April 2018. In the banking sector, Rajan is a Panel Counsel for Union Bank of India, Allahabad Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, and Oriental Bank of Commerce, and is also a Panel Counsel for Delhi Financial Corporation. Rajan holds a Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree.
