Dr Hui Ling Tan

Dr Hui Ling Tan has a diverse work experience that spans various healthcare organizations and roles. Dr Hui Ling has served as a Board Member at the Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Surveyor at the Malaysia Society for Quality in Health starting in 2019. Dr Hui Ling Tan has also held leadership positions, including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, at BAGAN SPECIALIST CENTRE SDN BHD and Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre. Dr Hui Ling has also served as the Managing Director of Oriental Nilam College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Moreover, Dr Hui Ling Tan has held medical roles at Alexandra Health System and the Ministry of Health (Singapore), including Associate Consultant, Registrar, and Medical Officer. Their early career began as a House Officer at SingHealth in 2005.

Dr Hui Ling Tan completed their Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degrees at the University of Melbourne in 2004. In 2013, they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the National University of Singapore. In 2017 and 2021, they attended the Singapore Management University to pursue a Hospital Management Programme. Additionally, Dr Hui Ling Tan obtained the MRCP certification from the Royal College of Physicians in 2009 and the FRCP certification in 2022.
