Olivia Berard

Olivia Berard has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Hostess/Cashier at Oriental Wok since February 2008, Olivia is responsible for creating monthly schedules, preparing bi-monthly payroll, and managing customer orders and transactions. In addition, Olivia has held the position of IT Helpdesk Student Lead at Saint Michael's College since August 2011, where responsibilities include providing educational support to campus classrooms and training underclassman employees. Previously, Olivia worked as a Teller at TD in 2013, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with financial transactions. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business/Accounting from Saint Michael's College and a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce from Mount Mansfield Union High School.
