Fred Baker

Fred Baker has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2008 onwards, they served as the Head of HR at Oriental Trading Company, where they developed HR vision and strategies, implemented recruitment and staffing frameworks, and designed compensation strategies. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they were the Deputy Manager of HR & Administration at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they streamlined HR systems and policies, managed recruitment processes, and developed compensation programs. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as an Assistant Manager in HR at DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund, assisting in hiring procedures, conducting employee orientations, and coordinating training activities.

Fred Baker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Boston University in 1999. Fred then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Boston University from 1999 to 2001.
