Matt Novak

Matt Novak has a comprehensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Matt started their career as a Controller at Pamida in 1998 and held the position until 2004. After that, they joined Heartland Automotive DBA Jiffy Lube as the Corporate Controller, responsible for managing financial operations for 450 stores across multiple states. In 2008, Matt joined Oriental Trading Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, where they served in various roles, including Director and Corporate Controller, Senior Director & Corporate Controller, Vice President and Controller, and Senior Vice President Finance. Matt played a crucial role in managing and controlling financial activities of the company, including accounting, finance, treasury, strategic planning, risk management, and M&A. In July 2020, Matt became the Chief Financial Officer, a key member of the Executive Leadership team, participating in overall management and decision-making for the company.

Matt Novak attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
