Roberto Lins has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Roberto started their career at GE Capital in 2002, where they served as a Senior Manager in Finance Operations, overseeing various projects and processes. During this time, they also focused on implementing digital transformations and developing new technologies and products in the finance sector.

In 2010, Roberto joined Grupo Fleury Ltda as a Senior Technical Project Manager. In this role, they managed projects related to the unification and integration of new business units and service providers. Roberto excelled in planning and requirement gathering, as well as managing project teams comprised of specialists with complementary skills.

From 2016 to 2017, Roberto worked at Sharecare Brasil as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for implementing health and wellness management programs. Roberto focused on integrating the platform's health and well-being management features, emphasizing the maintenance of healthy individuals, elimination of risk factors, and optimization of chronic disease management. Additionally, they managed health products, including the process of experiments and hypothesis testing.

Roberto then joined Amil in 2017, where they served as a Product Innovation Manager. Roberto played a crucial role in developing both regulated and non-regulated products, emphasizing market analysis, competition, and innovation in health plan and regulated and non-regulated service offerings. Roberto focused on the strategic management of projects for the development of new health and dental products. Additionally, they analyzed market trends, competition, and innovation in product and distribution channels.

In 2021, Roberto joined ePharma as a Product Manager, overseeing digital product management. Roberto demonstrated versatility in working with various stakeholders and was involved in the entire product lifecycle. This included conception, solution development, MVP prioritization, KPI management, product vision, and strategy. Currently, Roberto is a Product Manager at OrienteMe, a corporate health platform. Utilizing technology, the company aims to strengthen key pillars and help businesses achieve their desired results.
