Nikoloz Rukhadze has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nikoloz started their career as a Consultant-operator at Bank of Georgia in 2006 and subsequently held various roles in the Consumer Credit Department, including Credit Expert and Head of Credit Group. In 2009, they became the Head of Loan Restructuring Group, responsible for managing loan portfolios. From 2010 to 2018, Rukhadze served as the Credit Risk Manager in the Retail Banking Analysis and Portfolio Management Department at Bank of Georgia.
In 2019, Rukhadze joined PASHA Bank as a Leading Retail Risk Analyst before moving to Tbilisi City Hall as a Project Manager later that year. In 2020, they worked as a Product Development Manager at Halyk Bank Georgia.
Starting from 2016, Rukhadze was also involved in social entrepreneurship as the Co-Founder of NGO "Urban Lab". Nikoloz worked actively in this role until 2021.
In 2021, Rukhadze took on the role of a Business Analyst at Space Neobank, and in 2022, they worked as a Business Translator at TBC Bank before joining OrientSwiss SA as a Risk Technology Manager.
Nikoloz Rukhadze has a diverse education history. Nikoloz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tbilisis Ekonomikur Urtiertobata Sakhelmtsipo Instituti, graduating in 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Tbilisi State University, completing it in 2011.
In 2018, Nikoloz Rukhadze started their PhD in Energy and Electrical Engineering at Georgian Technical University, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
Alongside their formal education, Rukhadze has also obtained various certifications. In 2017, they participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program on the topic of promoting pedestrian-friendly cities, organized by the U.S. Department of State. Nikoloz completed several online courses, such as "The Past, Present and Future of Urban Life" offered by HarvardX, "Cities and the Challenge of Sustainable Development" by the SDG Academy through edX, and "Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management" and "Agile Lidership Principles and Practices" offered by the University of Maryland through edX.
Rukhadze has also gained proficiency in programming languages, completing courses in Introduction to Programming Java and Introduction to Programming Python. Nikoloz obtained certifications in Power BI, Process Mapping and Flowcharts, and achieved an intermediate level in English through training provided by the British Council.
