Allan Christiansen

Allan Christiansen currently serves as the Director of Leadership, Talent and Employee Development & HR Business Partner at Orifarm, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Allan held various leadership roles at Danish Crown from May 2017 to January 2025, including Vice President of Leadership & Talent Development and HRBP, as well as Senior Director of Leadership & Talent Development. Allan's experience at LEGO Group involved serving as Senior HR Manager and overseeing HR functions for around 550 employees. At Danfoss A/S, the role included Head of Development & Coaching, focusing on leadership strategies and high potential development. Allan was also the Academy Director at DONG Energy, responsible for establishing a Corporate Training Academy and developing learning strategies.
