Marianna Sidor has extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. Marianna started their career at Clinique in 2004, where they worked as a Sales Manager for eight years. In 2012, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Brand General Manager for Estée Lauder, Tom Ford, and Aramis & Designer Fragrances, staying with the company until 2017. During their time at Estée Lauder, they developed market-specific sales and marketing strategies, built brand equity, and identified locally relevant opportunities. Marianna then worked as a Brand General Manager for Estée Lauder at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2018 to 2021, driving the commercial plan and improving profitability through cost management. In 2022, Marianna became a Marketing Manager at ALO diamonds and later transitioned to their current position as a Sales Director at Oriflame Cosmetics.
Marianna Sidor completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Zurich Elite Business School from 2021 to 2023, specializing in Business, Management, and Marketing. In 1995-1996, they attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, studying Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in digital transformation, blockchain and business, negotiation, critical thinking, creative thinking, entrepreneurship in emerging economies, and user innovation & entrepreneurship from renowned institutions such as the University of Virginia, INSEAD, Yale University, Rochester Institute of Technology, Imperial College London, Harvard University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2021 and 2022.
