Martin Cvilink has extensive experience in marketing and sales, currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Sales Support for Oriflame Cosmetics since November 2019, with previous roles including Marketing Executive and Senior Marketing Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prior to Oriflame, Martin worked at Avon from April 2006 to September 2019, where key responsibilities included managing trade and shopper marketing teams, leading substantial teams across two countries, and overseeing budget control in the millions. Martin also took a sabbatical leave to travel for a year in India and Southeast Asia. Earlier career experiences include roles at Albatros Media a.s. as Marketing and PR Manager and at Tercie Praha s.r.o. as Account Manager. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
