Shay Gupta

Shay Gupta is an IT Project Manager at Cerebral since August 2022, previously serving as a Subject Matter Expert at USAA from July 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing 10-30 operators, defining performance standards, and developing technical solutions. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences and Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University, which was completed in May 2019.
