Alison Barksdale has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include "Social Listening with Explore: Advanced" and "Social Listening with Explore: Foundations" from Meltwater, which were obtained in March 2023. Alison also holds a certification in "Strategic Applications of IT Project & Program Management" from the University of Washington, which was obtained in July 2020.
