Bill Lapp

Bill Lapp has extensive work experience in the software implementation and management field. Bill is currently working as the AVP of Product Implementations at Origence since January 2022. Prior to this, Bill worked at CU Direct for over two decades. From February 2016 to January 2022, they served as the Director of CU Implementations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the implementation of credit union (CU) systems. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Implementations Manager from November 2013 to January 2022. As a Release Manager from March 1999 to November 2013, Bill successfully managed the releases of various software products. Bill also worked as a Product Manager from 1999 to 2011, and as a Business Analyst from August 2003 to January 2007, where they were involved in documenting business requirements for system enhancements.

Bill Lapp attended Chaffey College from 2004 to 2008, although no degree or field of study information is available. In addition to their college education, Bill obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
