Justin Welter

Justin Welter is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Architect at Origence since March 2023, Justin previously held the position of SVP, Software Development at Mechanics Bank, and was the CTO at Stukent. Justin's tenure at CU Direct spanned over 14 years, during which various leadership roles were undertaken, including VP of Software Engineering, Director of Client Services, and Software Development Manager. Notable achievements include managing a $13M+ budget and overseeing critical software integration projects. Earlier in Justin's career, roles included Chief Solutions Architect at Insight Consulting and Operations Manager, Chief Software Engineer at Dermstore. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University-Sacramento and has a foundational education from Henry Ford College.
