Roomi Akhtar

Roomi Akhtar is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in application design, development, and team management. As the Director of Software Engineering at Origence since February 2020, Roomi Akhtar leads software development initiatives. Previously, Roomi Akhtar served as an Application Architect at the Los Angeles County Office of Education from November 2008 to February 2020, overseeing teams that utilized various technologies including ASP Classic, .NET, and SQL Server. Prior roles include Senior Developer at XDimensional Technologies and Software Developer at elogic corporation, where Roomi Akhtar contributed to application design and development while providing technical support. Roomi Akhtar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Karachi University, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
