Kristie Overstreet

Kristen Overstreet is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in academic and healthcare publishing. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Origin Editorial since September 2010, Kristen has also held the position of Managing Editor for the Journal of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association since October 2016. Prior roles include Managing Editor for several journals, including the Journal of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care from January 2007 to December 2021, Journal for Specialists in Pediatric Nursing from January 1998 to December 2015, and others such as Perspectives in Psychiatric Care and Research in Nursing & Health from 2007 to 2010. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
