Scott Oswald

Scott Oswald is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Origin Bank since November 2022, Scott previously held multiple roles at Cadence Bank from January 2018 to October 2022, including Assistant Vice President and roles in energy and commercial lending. Prior to Cadence Bank, Scott worked at Plains All American as a Capital Projects Specialist and at HTS Engineering as a System Sales Representative in engineering inside sales. Early career experiences include internships at Ursa Resource Group, LLC and Tyco Thermal Controls. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, along with prior education at the United States Naval Academy and Clear Lake High School.
