Brendan Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Partner for Origin Energy since March 2025, Brendan previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cleanaway Waste Management and HR Business Partner at Sodexo, where strategic HR services were delivered across multiple locations. With a solid foundation established during a decade of service at Serco Australia and earlier roles in the Queensland Department of Education & Training, Brendan has demonstrated a consistent focus on fostering positive employee relations, driving innovative HR strategies, and supporting leadership teams in achieving organizational goals.
