Nick Houssos

Nick Houssos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and coaching within the energy and sports sectors. Currently serving as Customer Operations Leader and Energy Specialist at Origin Energy since August 2021, Nick has a strong background in customer retention and sales from previous roles at EnergyAustralia and Next Business Energy. Additionally, from January 2014 to June 2023, Nick held various coaching and coordination positions at the Melbourne Football Academy, contributing to football excellence as a Technical Coach. The role of Head Coach at Elite Football Factory from June 2020 to March 2023 further solidified expertise in sports coaching. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from RMIT University, completed in 2012, and possesses foundational education from Wesley College.
