Tracy H.

Tracy H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tracy currently works as an Experience Design Lead at Origin Energy since 2023. Prior to this, they co-owned and worked as a Creative at Beat De Race, a creative partnership focused on spreading positivity and creating a better environment. Tracy also has extensive experience at ANZ, where they held roles such as Senior Experience Designer and Design Operations Manager. Tracy started their career at GoConnect as a Video Production Assistant and Web Designer before moving on to Now Solutions as a Front End Web Developer and UI Designer. Overall, Tracy brings a range of skills and expertise in design, user experience, management, and creative content production to their roles.

Tracy H. obtained a Bachelor of Design (Multimedia Systems) degree from RMIT University, focusing on Animation, Digital Art, Business, IT, and Engineering, from 2005 to 2008. In 2014, they completed a Certificate IV for Project Management at UXC Training. Tracy sought further education in various areas with shorter programs. In 2019, they participated in a course on Inclusive Design at Vision Australia. In 2021, they completed courses such as "Designing the Conversation" taught by Dan Stilman, "The Complete Leader" taught by Peter Merholz, and "Storytelling for Influence" at IdeoU. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Remote User Research from Nielsen Norman Group in 2022. Lastly, in 2023, Tracy completed a Certificate 1 for Organisational Coaching offered by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
